REFUNDS (if applicable)

Cancellation refunds are allowed under extenuating circumstance and upon approval of Fitlab Management.  
Refunds will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3 – 7 business days. 
A cancellation fee in the amount of 150.00 AED or 20% of remaining balance, whichever amount is higher, will be deducted upon approval of the refund. 
For best results, Fitlab encourages all clients to fully commit to their meals ordered. Your satisfaction is important to us, please contact customer support at 052 263 8788 to report any issue that may hinder results and overall satisfaction

Late or missing refunds
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
